What- Babes of 1916 Night at the Races (like we did in 2022 and 2023).
When: Wednesday evening, June 18, 2025, from 5:30 PM to closing. Food will be available from about 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM
Where: Northfield Park Racetrack; you can also go to The MGM Racino at any time throughout the evening. We will have space on the outdoor patio and a reserved area in the indoor Lady Luck’s lounge by the bar.
Who: This event is open to all Babes members, spouses, significant others, AND your FRIENDS. Also, unlike the racino, there is no age limit for entry. ( For racino entry, you must be at least 21 years old.)
Cost- $ 38.00 per person
Menu- Outdoor patio barbeque grilling with hot dogs, hamburgers, chicken breast, baked beans, tossed salads, vegetable tray, cookie and brownie tray, and soft drinks or water included. Please note that beer or alcoholic beverages will be available for an extra fee at the cash bar.
Other: Everyone will get a free race program for the evening, 2 tip sheets, one from Goldsheet Bob, the track handicapper (who is very good), and our own Bookie Bob’s Best Bets. A race will be sponsored in our name, and several individuals will get to go to the winner’s circle for the photo. It is an excellent opportunity to socialize and enjoy an evening of racing.
